Participation terms 2027

Event and organisation

Finocchi di Neve 2027 takes place from 28 to 31 January 2027. Bookings and payments are managed by KC Travel S.r.l., Via G. B. Morgagni 5, 40122 Bologna, VAT number IT04209150376. Capacity is 66 participants: 5 single rooms, 23 double rooms and 5 triple rooms.

Individual prices and services

The price is per participant: €590 in a single room, €495 in a double room and €450 in a triple room. It includes half-board hotel accommodation, the organised transfer to the hotel and internal transfers included in the programme. Lunch is not included. Participants arriving independently retain a reserved seat on organised transfers and do not receive a discount.

Optional activities cost extra. Details, prices and booking instructions will be provided after the bank transfer has been verified; no activity is charged without an express choice.

Registration and rooms

Each person submits their own registration and pays their own fee, even when sharing a room. For a double or triple room, enter your roommates’ first and last names. If you have no roommates, enter ROULETTE and the organisers will arrange the matching. For a single room, enter NON APPLICABILE. Only registrations confirmed by the agency occupy a place.

After submission, the system sends an email with the individual amount, payment reference and bank details for transferring payment to KC Travel. Payment must be verified within five days; otherwise the request expires and you must register again, subject to availability. Participation becomes final after payment verification and confirmation by the agency.

Cancellation insurance

Optional cancellation insurance +€25 in the event of illness or an objective and documented inability to attend the event. This cost is added to the individual fee only if you select “Yes” in the form. Policy documentation is available on request from info@finocchidineve.it.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to info@finocchidineve.it. A 90% refund of the fee applies if notice is received by 28 November 2026; a 50% refund applies from 29 November to 28 December 2026; no refund applies from 29 December 2026 until the event. Cancellation insurance is separate from these refunds. Mandatory rights under the applicable package travel legislation remain unaffected.

Event cancellation

If the event is cancelled for reasons attributable to the organisers, fees paid will be refunded in full. In unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, mandatory refund rights under package travel legislation apply where applicable.
